  • We guard your information carefully.

  • We may receive data from third-party organisations if they have received your consent for your information to be shared with third-parties for marketing or other purposes.
  • You may review, change or remove your information from our records at any time, just submit a request on our Support Portal.

For our newsletter recipients:

For Klevgrand Helper:

When you sign in to the Klevgrand Helper, the application scans for relevant license information related to our software products. It also collects basic system information, such as processor type and operating system version, to ensure proper functionality. This information is uploaded to our servers to verify valid licenses. We do not collect or access any other personal files or data during this process.

  • For our customers, we sometimes need to send product updates or new versions.
  • For the newsletter, we frequently send information about new products, discounts and other news connected to our products.
  • We have never and will never give or sell any contact information to anyone.

4. What Are Your Rights?

Newsletter

  • You may unsubscribe from our newsletter via the opt-out link in every email or by visiting Your Account Page. Scroll down to settings and toggle the Newsletter subscription options for Desktop and iOS.
  • You may review or change your information by submitting a request on our Support Portal.

Customers

  • Account holders can unsubscribe from notifications by visiting Your Account Page. Scroll down to settings and toggle the Notification subscription option.
  • You may view or change the information we have by submitting a request on our Support Portal.
  • To be completely removed from our records, you can submit a request on our Support Portal. Please note that this will also remove your right to receive product updates and support.
